Updates to the HASA Directory (on Membership Toolkit) were made over the weekend. As a result, your family profile may need updates.

Please check your profile (even if you have already this summer) and make sure your and your students' information is correct.

Main things to confirm for accuracy:

Your student's grade
Your student's teacher
Your student's shirt size

Click here to register with Chatham Park's online directory via Membership Toolkit. Download the app on the Apple Store or on Google Play. This is a great tool to connect with classmates. Parents can add themselves and their student(s) to the database and verify their information so it is always up-to-date. This is the only way we can collect your email for our email blasts. Make sure to add your student’s tee shirt size too!

Sneak Peak this Thursday 9/1, 12:30

This Thursday, September 1, 12:30-1, the kids have an opportunity to get an early glimpse of their classroom and meet their teacher. Check your teacher assignment email for the room number.

*Please note: Do NOT bring school supplies to the sneak peak. The school has asked to leave supplies at home. Students should bring them on the first day.

Order Bark-A-Palooza Shirt ($5) by September 8

Chatham’s Annual Pep Rally (Bark-A-Palooza) is happening this year on September 30th. It is an exciting day for all students to show their bulldog pride at the end of Spirit Week.

Click here to purchase ($5) a Bark-A-Palooza t-shirt for your student. Fill out the order form and make payment by September 8th. Please fill out one form for each child.

Shirts will arrive in time to be worn for the pep rally on September 30th.

Annual Mum Fundraiser (August 22 through September 25)

Annual mum sale benefiting Chatham Park HASA. The sale begins August 22 and goes through September 25th. Mums are $8.00/ea. Click here for order form and select payment.

HASA Dues ($30/family)

Click here to pay your annual dues! We are asking each family to pay $30 by October 1. This provides funds for events for the students, supplies for students and teachers, field day shirts, supplies for class parties, and more.

Dues can be paid by Venmo @cpehasa, or click to pay by PayPal, or by check payable to: Chatham Park HASA (mail to 500 Valley Rd., Havertown, PA 19083)

HASA Monthly Meetings: First Meeting is Wednesday, September 14th at 7pm. All are welcome!

Monthly HASA meetings are usually held on the first Wednesday of each month. September will be an exception to allow everyone time to get acclimated to the new school year. The meetings are open to everyone in the Chatham Park community to attend. In person and virtual information will be posted on social media the week prior.
