Monthly HASA meetings are usually held on the first Wednesday of each month. September will be an exception to allow everyone time to get acclimated to the new school year. The meetings are open to everyone in the Chatham Park community to attend. 

For the first time since 2020, the meeting will occur in person at the school! There will be an option to attend virtually as well. Further information on how to attend will be distributed before the meeting on Wednesday.

Chatham Park's Annual Movie Night is happening on September 30. This will coincide with the end of Spirit Week, Barkapalooza, and the kick off of Boosterthon (see more details on those below)

Movie Night will be held in front of the school 6:30 - 8:30. The movie (the title of which will be announced at a later date) will start promptly at 7. 

• BYO Picnic
• Popcorn will be complimentary
• Other beverages and snacks will be available for purchase via cash or Venmo

Make sure your students wear their best smile and a clean shirt for picture day, happening outside on Friday, September 16. There will be a make-up day in October for those who miss it next week. 

Back to School Nights are happening on Monday, September 19 (for grades K, 1 & 2) and Wednesday, September 21 (for grades 3, 4, & 5 ). Parents and guardians are invited to visit their child's classroom for a short presentation by their teacher about the goals and curriculum for the 21/22 school year. 

There will be two sessions each night in case you have more than one student. Specialized teachers will also be available to meet on these nights.

Chatham Park's Annual Spirit week happens the last week of September, ending on September 30 with our school-wide pep rally, lovingly known as BARKAPALOOZA, and a MOVIE NIGHT!

Stay tuned for more details on how our students will participate in Spirit Week (communication will come from their teachers). 

Also on September 30, will be the Chatham Park Fun Run Kick Off. Look out for separate communication on details and take note of key dates:
